Polish Clusters Congress Bydgoszcz’26

On October 28–30, 2026, the Polish Clusters Congress Bydgoszcz’26 will take place—the country’s most important gathering of representatives from the cluster community, which is also aimed at entrepreneurs and representatives from the business, academic, and government sectors. The event is organized by the Polish Clusters Employers’ Association in cooperation with the Congress’s Strategic Partner, the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship. Additionally, on October 30, participants will take part in study visits to innovative companies in the region that are members of the Bydgoszcz Industrial Cluster “Dolina Narzędziowa.”

The theme of this year’s 12th edition of the Congress will be “Security, Industry, Digitalization, Cooperation”—four areas that are increasingly determining the resilience and competitiveness of the Polish economy today. From the defense industry and dual-use infrastructure, through the space sector and logistics, to AI, digital technologies, and cybersecurity. The Congress will serve as a forum for discussing how to respond to new challenges while simultaneously creating opportunities for Polish companies.

Each year, the Congress is hosted in a different province to highlight regional potential and the role of clusters in economic development—in 2026, it will be the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Province. The province’s industry is distinguished by a unique synergy with its highly developed agriculture and the presence of key sectors of national importance. The region is renowned for its diversified industrial base, which is rooted in its strategic location and abundant raw material resources.

The Congress program includes 15 panel discussions during which experts will discuss, among other topics:
– security and the development of the defense industry,
– industrial transformation and new technologies,
– digitalization and cybersecurity,
– collaboration between science and business and the implementation of innovations,
– funding for development and risk management,
– the green transition and the economy of the future,
– international cooperation and building economic relations.

The Polish Clusters Congress is a platform for the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and best practices among the private sector, research institutions, and public administration. It is also a unique opportunity to:
– meet with representatives of central institutions responsible for cluster policy,
– promote the region and its potential,
– establish business contacts and international partnerships,
– and gain firsthand insight into innovative solutions during study visits.
