Green Small Smart Cities (GSSC) – is a project that brings together Spaniards, Poles, Italians and Czechs from 5 European clusters with international reach, working for sustainable development. The GSSC project aims to spread the use of sustainable technological solutions from Europe to less developed regions of the world, by supporting the internationalization strategies of European SMEs that have innovative solutions, complementary technologies and a shared vision to build a better world.
The GSSC ESCP-4i partnership focuses on analyzing and comparing the capabilities and needs of cities in developing countries in areas such as energy infrastructure, renewable energy solutions, resource efficiency, connectivity, water treatment, Internet access, implementation of digital solutions, lowering carbon footprint, which are already addressed in large cities but not in rural and developing areas.
The GSSC project is financed by the European Union through the COSME Programme, grant N°951203.
