The Mazovia ICT Cluster is carrying out the public task “Development of a digital transformation change strategy for the management approach – Agile”. The project is intended to expand the offer with a new consulting service for members of the cluster and other entities from the Mazowieckie Voivodeship, which will be developed and implemented as part of the project. This offer is addressed in particular to members of the Cluster, including residents from the Mazowieckie Voivodeship. The new service consists in analyzing the activities of a given company/organization in terms of the iterative approach to project management (Agile) and then training the team and managers, and introducing tools for working in the Agile form. Agile is defined as a part of digital transformation, a broad process of change that involves many aspects of the business, including technology, processes, culture and people. Agile is an approach to project management that can help achieve digital transformation goals by enabling faster and more flexible adaptation to changes and market demands.
